• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
